My favourite place to eat in Dundee! Well-priced food, can choose as many weird and wonderful sauce mixtures as you like and the staff are so friendly every time i go. Satay, spicy coconut and sweet chilli are my favourite sauces and all three together taste amazing!
Easy, quick, cheap: three essential key words for a place like this. And Dr. Noodles has every three of them on its side. Bonus: staff is kind and patient. Which are a huge improvement, in my opinion.
Good noodle bar! Choice of sauce , meat and veg. Tasty. Well priced! And different for the area! I got extra vegs which I was glad about and the satay sauce which was yummy
Always hits the spot, never had bad noodles from here! Loads of sauces to try but my favourite is the coconut! They are a must try for anyone, sometimes a little spicy but not so spicy you can't eat. The regular box with chicken is more than enough for anyone too. Never sat in the shop but it does look good and i've heard there is now a courtyard to the rear where you can have a drink?
It's a noodle bar. The "Subway" of noodles. Nothing too fancy, but quite nice. The food is not healthy but the place is perfect for quick lunches. The service and food varies depending on who you get on a particular day. The last couple of times I got some newbies and they got my order wrong. 3 choices of meat: some ok chicken, some old and chewy beef, or 5 prawns ini a box. the choice of the sos is bigger though quite unnecessary. Some choices of sos are absurd, and most popular asian sos selections are missing. Still, it's a nice place to go for a quick lunch.
I've been here twice since it opened and couldn't be happier. The first time was on an evening in their early days. We stayed to eat but it wasn't very comfortable and I had expected more than what it was, so may have been a bit disappointed. However, the food was good and I just had to readjust my expectations. This isn't a Japanese restaurant (or even Chinese), it's an egg noodle takeaway. I visited again just yesterday, this time for lunch and for takeaway. It was great! The food was ready almost before I was done paying. It had plenty of meat (regular, sweet chili, chicken, £5.50) and was more than enough for lunch. Final judgment, great takeaway option if you want to feel better about yourself than a kebab or chippie might allow. If nothing else, excellent addition to the local options.
